Every Nault Pets order is carefully processed and shipped with tracking. Delivery estimates may vary by product and destination, and the applicable timeframe is displayed on each product page before purchase.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–20 business days from the purchase date. Products with shorter delivery estimates will display their specific timeframe directly on the product page.
Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch so you can follow the progress of your package from shipment to delivery.
Some products may qualify for shorter delivery timeframes, such as 7–10 business days. When a shorter estimate applies, it will be clearly displayed on the applicable product page.

Tracking information may take a few business days to begin showing movement after the shipping confirmation email is sent. This does not necessarily mean the package has stopped moving.
During busy periods, carriers may also take longer to scan and update packages within their tracking systems.
Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our direct control.
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Address change requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to update the delivery address. Nault Pets is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately. In this situation, you may receive more than one tracking number, and the packages may arrive on different dates.
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, or other secure delivery areas.
You should also contact the local carrier for additional delivery details. If the package is still missing, contact our support team with your order number and tracking information.
If your order has passed the estimated delivery timeframe and the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team.
